4 Love MQ Duchess
4 Love MQ Duchess is our beautiful surprise keeper doe this year. I debated selling her, but with multiple sales falling through and her new found success at her first show, she’ll be staying here:) Duchess placed second in a large class of dry yearlings at the Bitterroot Dairy Goat Association Show. We couldn’t be prouder of this little homebred doe! Duchess is exceptionally long, level, and dairy. She also has nice width between her hocks. We call her our little gazelle:) Duchess’s dam, Filigree, got a GVVG 83 LA score as a 4 year old and has nice dairy character and large well placed teats. She peaks at around 3.5 lbs a day. Duchess’s sire, Marquis, brings with him some fantastic OMF lines. His full sister easily earned her CH this year, and his dam has her GCH and milks very well too. Duchess is the whole package!
